Urethane Rubber Sheet Stock

| Rubber plate backed sheet stock |
Urethane and rubber sheets are used in the field for liner
materials in chutes, hoppers, bins, impact areas, flumes, feed boxes, etc.
The sheets can be cut to size in the field with most standard non-circular
cutting saws. The saw blade choice depends on the sheet backing that has been
chosen.
Durex Products offers 4' X 8' and 4' X 10' standard sheets. These are offered in various rubber and urethane formulas for different applications. Available in 3/8 inch to 2 inch overall thickness. We stock some common sizes.
Sheets can be offered with different backings.
- Urethane sheets
- Can be made without a backing
- Or made with expanded metal backing
- Rubber sheets
- Can be made with no backing
- Made with expanded metal backing
- Or made with solid steel backings
Urethane
coated bolts are available along with a counter bore tool to install sheet
products. Durex Products' counter bore tool has a movable stop so the depth
can be changed for cutting holes in different thicknesses of sheet.
Benefits of coated bolts:
- Allow for a long life of the attachment bolt
- They do not have to be replaced often
- Tapered to fit snugly into the counter bored holes
- The snug fit allows the bolts to be tightened from the back without them spinning
