Urethane Wear Parts

Flexible and strong, our urethane wear parts offer high resistance to impact and abrasion. Their surface resists material build-up and damage by oil, grease, or solvents.

  • Classifier shoes
  • Sand classifier tank valve guide/seals
  • Classifier tank discharge elbows
  • Beaver tail spray flanges
  • Belt scrapers
  • Impact bars
  • Modular turbo trough liners

Rubber Wear Parts

Molded from heavy-duty rubber, these wear parts typically outlast steel under conditions of severe abrasion and constant impact. The results are reduced maintenance expenses and downtime. Most of our rubber wear parts are available in customized versions for specific aggregate and mining applications.

  • Rubber/ceramic liners
  • Rubber inflatable chute liners
  • Cross support protectors
  • Eccentric shaft cover

Wear Parts Available In Urethane Or Rubber

These Dur-X-Line wear parts are available in both urethane and rubber to cover the widest range of applications. All have excellent resistance to abrasion, tears, impact, and corrosion. Their light weight saves installation time and labor, and their sound-deadening qualities help reduce noise.

Urethane is preferred for wet applications and fine material under 1-1/2 inches. The sand chute of wet screening applications and chutes carrying slurry are typical applications.

Rubber is best for absorbing the impact of coarse material with a diameter of 1-1/2 inches or larger.

  • Linings and protective coverings
    • Modular, snap-on panels of urethane, rubber, or rubber/ceramic
    • Bolt-on sheets of steel-backed urethane, rubber, or rubber/ceramic
    • Weld-on sheets of steel-backed urethane, rubber, or rubber/ceramic
  • Impact pads
