Type D - Internal Framework Screens
Dur-East® Urethane, Dur-X-Vulcan® Rubber, and Dur-X-Kleen® Rubber Internal Framework Screen panels have an internal welded steel frame strength and structural support. They can be designed for either supported or unsupported screen decks and are an excellent replacement for profile wire screens.

• Polymer screen material with internal welded steel frame
• Solid land areas are designed over screen supports for maximum strength and long life allowing optimum use of all remaining screen surface for maximum open area
• The internal framework can be designed for an unsupported screen deck
• Can be produced in a wedge down or bolt in style mounting
• Molded tapered openings to eliminate plugging
  • Openings on straight row centers
• Choice of Polymer Screen Materials and tapered opening sizes
  • Available in Dur-X-Vulcan® Rubber Screen Material
  • Available in Dur-X-Kleen® Rubber Screen Material
