Dur-X-Ultra Flex in action

• Square tapered openings let material pass through easily, with accurate material sizing. Openings range from 1.8mm to 12mm
• Slotted tapered openings can be oriented parallel to the material flow for efficiency, or perpendicular to the flow for better sizing. Slots increase open area, resulting in higher production. Openings range from 2mm x 20.5mm to 3mm x 13.6mm slot openings
• If we do not have an opening in our mold inventory, we have the ability to produce new mold openings in our state of the art CNC Machining Center
