• 83 Durometer Shore A in openings 3/8 inch and larger for impact resistance
• 92 Durometer Shore A in openings smaller than 3/8 inch requiring abrasion resistance
• Dual Durometer 60/85 Durometer Shore A for wet, coarse applications with a high percentage of fractured feed material 1-1/2 inch to 2 inch and larger, requiring maximum impact absorption and strength

• Square tapered openings let material pass through easily, with accurate material sizing. Openings range from 3/32-inch to 4 inches
• Slotted tapered openings can be oriented parallel to the material flow for efficiency, or perpendicular to the flow for better sizing. Slots may increase production. Openings range from .5mm x 16mm to 2 inch x 3 inch slot openings
• If we do not have an opening in our mold inventory, we have the ability to produce new mold openings in our state of the art CNC Machining Center
