Our own Dur-X-Snapdeck® Classic Modular Screen System provides the efficiency of a flat deck and comes in a wide variety of modular screen cloth and screen panels. A proven system that works! It even works on curved Banana decks. Order the Snapdeck® Classic Screen System with a new machine or convert your existing screening equipment.

• Urethane screens. Ideal for highly abrasive, wet applications where openings are smaller than 1-1/2 inches.
• Dual-durometer urethane screens. Offers the same abrasion-resistance plus the ability to absorb additional impact.
• Rubber screens. For dry, high-impact applications that require wear-resistant screens with openings of 1/2-inch or larger.
• Self-cleaning rubber screens. Reduces blinding and plugging problems when materials are sticky, have a high moisture content, or a high percentage of near-sized material.
• Modular wire cloth screens. Maximizes open area, increases screening capacity and efficiency.
• Solid Impact panels in Urethane, Rubber, and Rubber Ceramic

Mounting rails are available in steel, stainless steel or urethane to meet the demands of your process.

Openings range from .25mm slot to 4 inches square. Consult your Durex representative for the best combinations of material and openings to meet your production needs.

The Snapdeck® Classic system can easily be converted back to a crown deck for use with wire cloth media should you have a temporary change in specifications.

Dur-X-Snapdeck® Accessories
Impact Pads
By shielding screens at the point of impact, impact pads reduce localized wear and extend screen life.

Retrofit Dams
These dams can be retrofitted to any Dur-X-Snapdeck® screen unit to slow the travel of material down the deck, giving the material more opportunity to find the openings.

Spray Flanges
Urethane spray flanges deflect water evenly to wash material consistently and prevent wear on the screen surface.

Turbo Troughs
When spray flanges are aimed at the turbo trough, the water creates a turbulence that allows the product to scrub itself free of clay and other fine particles. Dur-X-Line® urethane modular turbo trough liners have a concave design that lets materials agitate during the screening process, ultimately leading to more efficient washing and cleaner material.

Side Liners
Dur-X-Line® modular side liners are designed to protect the side plate of the screen box from excessive wear by processed material.

Discharge and Feed Lip Liners
These urethane or rubber liners protect the feed and discharge end of the screen box
