Dur-X-Snapdeck® 2000 Modular Screen
Systems
Back in the 1970's, Durex sparked a revolution with one
of the industries first modular screen systems - Dur-X-Snapdeck® Classic.
It set the standard for ease of installation, and proved that modular panels
could handle the daily punishment of aggregate and mining operations.
Today,
Durex continues the revolution with Dur-X-Snapdeck® 2000, our completely redesigned,
next generation modular system. With increased open area and easy panel change-out,
Dur-X-Snapdeck® 2000 fits your screening requirements.
- Dur-X-Snapdeck® 2000 system will provide up to 40% more open area than
the original Snapdeck® system.
- The subframe costs less than the original system. It is now manufactured
out of standard stock instead of special extrusions.
- New EZSnap attachment system makes modular screen installation easy. No
pins, sleeves, intermediate strips or extra parts required. The whole deck
is designed for standard panels - no "unique" panels along the sideliners.
- Modular screens are available in a variety of urethane or rubber compounds.
- Optional diverters, flow restrictors, and dams meet specific application
needs.
- Easy field retrofit from wire cloth or other modular systems.
