Rubber/Ceramic lasting 6 to 8 times the life of 3/8" AR 400 steel in a concrete plant turn head and feed hopper

These pictures show the liners after a few months and after 2-1/2 years.

• The AR plate was usually replaced twice a year or more.
• The ceramic was put into the highest wear areas.
• The ceramics are wearing out and we are not seeing them popping out of the rubber prematurely.
• Also, the side that sees the rebounding aggregates has barely worn at this point.
