Durex Products operates three manufacturing plants in Wisconsin and Indiana. Two are devoted to wire cloth, with the third state-of-the-art facility specializing in molded rubber and polyurethane products.

• Urethane Screening Media
  Engineered for specific customer applications, Durex employs urethane formulas that ensure superior wear life and a higher resistance to abrasion and corrosion. Various formulas, durometers, and mounting options are available with a choice of square or slotted tapered openings.
• Rubber Screening Media
  Designed for applications that range from fine screening to scalping, Durex steel-reinforced rubber surfaces absorb impact and resist wear. Also available is a self-cleaning rubber compound that eliminates costly plugging and blinding.
• Wire Cloth Screening Media
  Durex offers a choice of quality raw materials, specialty screen designs and crimp designs to fit any application. Material choices include Xtreme High Tensile Oil Tempered Steel, Dur-X-Cel(R) Oil Tempered Steel, Dur-X-Cel(R) High Carbon Steel, and Dur-X-Cel(R) 304 Stainless Steel in various tensile strengths.
• Wear Parts
  Durex wear parts are designed for unique customer applications in all areas of the plant. Our Dur-X-Line molded wear parts protect your equipment components by absorbing impact and shielding metal from material buildup and abrasion. Materials include urethane, rubber, and rubber/ceramic formulas.
